Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (BAPA)
The BAPA program is a four-year course which provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in public management and instills the values of accountability, service and integrity. The program prepares students for careers in the public service, both in government and nongovernmental organizations.
The program consists of a total of 144 units.

Admission Requirements
For Freshmen
Entry into the program requires passing the UP College Admissions Test (UPCAT).
For Shifting/Transferring (from other UP units)
Applicant must submit the following:
- duly - accomplished application form
- one (2x2) recent photo
- true copy of grades
- certification of non-contract
Note: Applicant must have completed 30 units during the application period.
Application Procedure:
- Secure Application Form from Center for Public Administration and Governance Education and Governance (CPAGE) office, Room 103 or download application HERE.
- Pay the application and processing fee ( PhP 50.00)
- Submit application form and other required documents to the CPAGE office.
The college admits transferees and shiftees once a year. The deadline for filing of application is April 15
For Transferees
Transferees from other schools and universities (non-UP) may inquire at the Office of the University Registrar.
Guidelines for Qualified Applicants:

Get notice of admission from the CPAGE office
- Secure college clearance, permit to transfer, good moral character from your college and submit to the Office of University Registrar(OUR)
- Submit OUR admission slip to the CPAGE office
