DOCTORAL PROGRAM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
(Effective on Academic Year 2002-2003)

Admission to the Doctoral Program (DPA) shall be guided by the following:

1. An applicant must:

Be a bachelor’s and master’s degree holder.
Pay an Application Fee of P300
( Foreign applicant – US$30)

2. The applicant shall submit the following documents:

Application Letter
Application form
Official Transcript of Records
Two recommendation forms
Copy of thesis or research work
One passport-size photo
