The National College of Public Administration and Governance Alumni Association (NCPAG AA) envisions a society governed by a pool of public administrators working towards effective and good governance. Good governance aims to attain national and societal goals, achieve a quality of life of every Filipino as a contribution towards a humane global society, and the promotion of effective, ethical, accountable, and professional institutions of public service. NCPAG AA envisions a profession of public service characterized by a commitment to democracy and the public good, total competence, integrity and simplicity.

MISSION

The NCPAG AA aims:

• to contribute to the development and sustenance of public managers who are imbued with the values, qualities, and characteristics vital to the efficient, effective, responsive, and participatory governance;

• to identify the characteristics and qualities of good and effective public service institutions and agencies, and role models of good administrators in the Philippines;

• to work towards the emulation and best practices of ideals such as those mentioned above;

• to engage public administrators and the NCPAG alumni in the emulation of role models of good public servants and effective administrators;
