Library Resources And Services
Reserve Books : These are books and Xeroxed articles assigned / recommended by the faculty for their courses. These are for room use and may also be issued for overnight use. Reserve materials are issued to undergraduate students at 3:00 p.m. / to graduate students at 4:00 p.m. and must be returned the next day on or before 10:00 a.m. (for undergrads) / 5:00 p.m. (for graduate students).
Reference Books : Includes dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, yearbooks and other publications which are consulted for specific or general information. These are strictly for room use only.
Periodicals : These are professional and technical journals, magazines and similar publications. They are strictly for room use only.
Circulation Books : Books not falling under any of the above may circulate for two weeks, renewable for another two weeks, if the books are not needed or in demand. Undergraduates may borrow a maximum of five books; graduate students, a maximum of ten books.
Filipiniana Books : Books about the Philippines, regardless of author or place of publication. They are treated as circulation books.
