REMEMBER THESE DATES
The Trillanes Scholarship Committee will be meeting at 2 p.m. on July 12.
There will be a luncheon held with Lecturers at 12 noon on July 19, 2011
There will be a BAPA Curriculum Committee Meeting at 2pm on July 19, 2011
Special Student Council Elections to elect three (3) graduate councilors July 28, 2011. Filing of candidacy is now open. Interested students can refer to the announcements in the CPAGE bulletin boards for more details.
The deadline for filing of request for substitution of courses will be on August 31, 2011. Those concerned BAPA students must submit a formal request to the CPAGE office. No substitution requests for this semester will be accepted after the deadline. Students who fail to meet the deadline will have to wait another semester to have their requests processed.
All BAPA students with Student Number 2005 and below MUST file a letter request for extension of residency on or before September 15, 2011. Those students must submit a formal letter to the CPAGE Office. If a student does not have an approved request for extension of residency, the student can not enroll for the second semester, AY 2011-12.

List of Qualified MPA & Diploma Applicants 1st Sem AY 2011-12
The following applicants are qualified to enroll in the NCPAG’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Diploma in Public Management (Dip. PM) programme for the First Semester, 2011-12.
Kindly submit to the CPAGE office in NCPAG the following documents on or before May 12:
(1) Official Transcript of Records (OTR) with remarks of "Copy for the University of the Philippines";
(2) NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy-Original to be presented);
(3) NSO Marriage Certificate for married women (photocopy-Original to be presented)
(4) Student Directory Form (downloadable form)
Orientation and registration for new students will be held on 20 May at 2:00 p.m., Case Room, National College Public Administration and Governance, U.P., Diliman, Quezon City. Regular registration will be on June 6-10. Classes begin on June 14.
Accepted applicants are requested to confirm their intention to enroll on or before May 12, 2011 at the CPAGE office, U.P., NCPAG or call Tel. # 9279085 or 9253851. Admission Letters are available at the CPAGE office.
