BAPA Admission Requirements

BAPA ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIFTEES AND TRANSFEREES FROM OTHER UP UNITS

The applicant must:
o      have a Curriculum Weighted Average of 2.25.
o      have completed 30 units during the application period.
o      submit the following:
·          duly accomplished application form
·          one (2X2) recent photo
·          true copy of grades
·          certificate of good moral character

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1.   Secure Application form from the Center for Public Administration and Governance Education and Governance (CPAGE) Office, NCPAG,
Room 103 or download the application form from the NCPAG website.
2.  Pay the application and processing fee of PhP50.00 at the UP Cashier’s Office.
3.  Submit application form and other required documents to the CPAGE Office.

FOR TRANSFEREES FROM OTHER SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES
Please inquire at the Office of the University Registrar.
