Open to graduate foreign students from countries with
which the Philippines has diplomatic relations with.
Must have a general weighted average of “1.75”; must
be nominated by their home government; with good
moral character.

BENEFITS:

Free school fees except student fund;
monthly stipend of P2,500.00;
semestral book allowance of P3,000.00;
thesis allowance of P3,000.00.
