NCPAG Recognition Rites - April 23, 2010

With the theme "Reforming and Renewing the Civil Service: An Imperative for Good Governance and Responsive Public Administration," the UP-NCPAG held its 2010 Recognition Rites for its graduating students. The guest speaker was the Secretary of the Civil Service Commission, Dr. Francisco Duque lll, MD, MSc. A historic occasion, this year's event was highlighted with the message of the first summa cum laude graduate of the College, Ms. Sandra Mae T. Magalang. For the graduating masteral and doctoral students, Atty. Teodoro Alejandro Y. Kalaw lV, Dean's List, delivered the message, "Meaning, Dignity and Destiny."
